I installed 10 of the OEO LED high ceiling lights in my shop, around 2014. Since that time, I have had a few occasions where a bulb stopped working and was replaced under the 5 year warranty. This was the first time I had to buy a new bulb. The OEO representative was professional, helpful and even gave me a little discount since it was an out of pocket expense to replace the bulb. The delivery showed up a couple of business days later, only because it was late in the day when I contacted them - otherwise the bulbs would have been ‘same day’ shipped - which the OEO rep told me. My experience with this company over the last 7 years has always been positive. Incidentally, I learned about OEO by an ad in a Southwest magazine while on the way to Orlando, Florida. They were advertising a replacement to an LED bulb where metal- halide bulbs had been initially installed in construction. The bulbs are an excellent quality product.

Since I got used to this company, I have been enjoying their quality products and services, good responsive customer care services. We have replaced all our light bulbs with yours. Even our neighbour realised that there is a special difference between your products and those from your competitors, he has also placed an order.

I had 5 high pressure sodium lights around a pond that had failed. I searched the internet for solutions, but others wanted me to buy the whole light fixture. OEO was the most knowledgeable and helpful company that I talked with. I purchased 5 each 9500 lumen lamps and installed them. WOW! They light up the whole pond area plus the a large backyard.

We had some broken bulbs from shipping and the replaced then immediately!
