Thanks for Deepak Rana's help, the issue was fixed promptly.

Devashish was very professional in his handling of the problem that i had.  All my outlook contacts had disappeared from the system.   He was most helpful in recovering the contacts and creating a backup to help me to recreate the file in case it gets lost again. My thanks to him for his patience and ability to solve the problem.  It took some time because of the complexity of the issue but he was successful in getting my system back in shape. Mario Duque

Deepak Rana helped me out quickly and my issue was resolved within 10 minutes.

I purchased a license for this software thinking that it was easy to use for a non-super advanced computer user like myself....HUGE MISTAKE!!! This program is extremely difficult to use and the "support" offered by this company is incomplete and wrong and just abysmal. I spent hours of my time trying to erase a hard drive with this program and ....NO DICE! Please don't waste your time or money with this company as there are NO REFUNDS! Look elsewhere!!!!
