Over a hour later, I contacted customer service, never explained what happened and wanted me to start all over but more steps that confused me. Forget them.

I have Contacted Live Chat Support Mr. Devashish Sharma who got connected, He is very kind and understand my problem & help to Diagnose My System through Remote Control Also Assured that he will resolve the activation key issue which is not working as of know. He explained the issue well & assured that he will Resolve it ASAP. Apricated the way he Communicated.

United Kingdom | 04 May 2024ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOFTWARE DOES NOT DO WHAT IS SAYS. STAY AWAY. we bought this to repair our exchange but you should know the software has lots of little niggles and does not repair edb files to remount. it just reads it. so the website advertises it wrong. proper support is only available between 0300 and 1100 am UK time - the company operates an indian call centre who is very poorly trained and you cannot understand a word in the broken english. the phone lines are poor. i had a technician's license and i cannot seem to get a refund for my spend of almost 800 pounds. I have made a note to my staff not to use this company again and I am filing with my bank to a refund. in the four days of non service three was waiting on them to know what they are doing. for the avoidance of doubt, i am a lawyer and managing director of my company and i wouldn't leave a bad review just for the sake of it but this company is one that does not refund, does not listen and does not have the expertise to support their product, let alone know how exchange, regedit, DAG or clusters work. I'm going to try veaam next which is what I should have done first. oh and we got the system up and working without their terrible software in two days so it did not save us any time either.
