United States | 21 February 2024UPDATE: Stellar has reached out to me and will be processing my refund, so I am updating my review to 3/5 as this product may be situational. I will also give their customer support team credit for reaching an acceptable resolution with me, the consumer. My experience with the software may be singular, so if you are looking to try it make sure you run the demo version, and take any screenshots of the results you are getting. You may need that information later to troubleshoot inconsistencies. I was unable to reproduce the results I got in the demo scan of the content, and therefore could not get to the root cause of my issues. ----------------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW: I used the demo version and it showed me some files in the preview. So, I invested in the technician license trusting their 30 day guarantee along with the preview results. Since purchasing I’ve been unable to restore anything. All files are corrupted. And now I can no longer get the preview images to show up. I wrote in requesting a refund. Support has basically told me to redo basic steps. And that unless I can prove it’s showing a preview that doesn’t restore they won’t refund me I do not want to keep running this on my disks and risking further issues. They continue to refuse to process my return.

Op 26 December de volgende reactie van de Customer Experience Team: "Bij Stellar zijn we er trots op dat we onze klanten uitzonderlijke producten en diensten kunnen bieden, en we nemen negatieve feedback zeer serieus. We begrijpen dat uw ervaring niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed en we doen er alles aan om dit probleem op de best mogelijke manier op te lossen. We willen u graag laten weten dat we uw vraag hebben doorgestuurd naar onze vestiging in Nederland. Zij zullen met u communiceren om het probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen." Sindsdien niets meer gehoord van Stellar Data Recovery. Zo serieus wordt wordt negatieve feedback genomen. Jammer

United States | 16 February 2024Bought this software, it only recovered 1300 of 180000 records. Also one column is varchar(5000), the recovered data only contains first a few characters. Requested for refund but they are not willing to give. Had to go through credit card company. So don’t waste your time and money, use other software.
