Uiteindelijk is bijna alles gered van mijn gecrashte 2 TB interne HDD, maar in eerste instantie ontbrak er een folder met zo'n 600 GB aan bestanden. Pas nadat ik besefte dat ik die miste en dat de opgegeven fysieke schade aan de schijf veel kleiner was, werd de betreffende folder alsnog gevonden met behulp van andere software. Niet zozeer een klacht als wel een waarschuwing voor andere klanten om niet te snel te aanvaarden dat er veel verloren is gegaan.

STELLAR REPAIR PHOTO for MAC 1) I'm sorry but apparently the software is useless. In free mode I saw that it manages to repair photos but only saves them in miniature, therefore impossible to view because they are grainy and small. I repeat, he manages to repair them but what's the point if he then reproduces them in miniature? Before purchasing it I asked for assistance but they were unable to help me, they responded in a vague and inconsistent way with what was requested. They were unable to resolve the problem, I asked them to pass the report on to their technicians but they refused. Obviously I decided not to purchase the software as it was unusable for what was described. 2): Thank you for your kind availability, I really appreciate your interest. I wanted to make a premise however, the software manages to repair damaged photos well, if you see in the tests I sent to your theme, the only problem is that it saves them in miniature. I'm probably doing something wrong, I'll explain why: even the photos are not damaged but good, the software only reproduces them in miniature. So I deduce that it is not a repair problem as that works well, we need to understand if there is another way to save them and come, so I can purchase the product. 3) (last answer): Although the software is not excellent, in terms of saving the repaired photos only in miniature (I don't understand why since it saves them very well), at least the staff and support were available to try to help me even if they didn't succeed .
