The engineer was great, polite and arrived on time. He fully explained the problem. He treated the area with pesticide However, the problem is still here. I paid £100+ and within 48 hours the Wasps had returned. I looked on the invoice and found the brand of the pesticide myself and bought it to do the treatment myself.

The order was placed and following day item was delivered. Great service and great product.

I had an issue with their bird repellent gel product and the product was unusable. The company addressed the problem and was apologetic. Would try again the next time I need pest control products.

Very good website and delivery service is excellent, if a little pricey. A little difficult to find the correct items I wanted relating to Gull systems. For instance looking for 'Post' items did not show all products when I was looking for specific sized posts. Had to look in 'masonry' section for certain posts. Also the single head 180mm posts are way more expensive than the same size double headed posts! What's that all about?
