Slow on shipping took 7 days or more to ship had to call to get shipping confirmation they did call back and gave me a possible shipping date

This company has provided an unusual battery at a great price. It is scheduled to arrive only 4 days afer placing the order. I have no previous experience with this product but I will definitely buy from this comapny again if the battery performs well in service.

I didn't receive a purchase confirmation email or shipping updates. The product is correct and arrived in the time it should have, but I wasn't certain the order was placed and I was suspicious I had been scammed for a few days until the product showed up

I sent Tenergy customer service an email about my problem It was answered the next day. I was sent an order and called back to arrange shipping. Called back and gave your rep the information needed and got back a confirmation,of my part order. I was told I would receive it in a few days Great service
