The site was easy to use. I was able to find what I was looking for.. The only problem that caused me to just give 4 stars, is that it was hard to see that the red (Pos) wire was on the round end and not on the square of the connector (Found out when it arrived) which made me have to improvise tagging the wires to avoid ruining my equipment..

You sent different batteries than I ordered. I ordered Tenergy NiCd Sub C 2200mAh 1.2V Paper Wrapped Rechargeable Battery (Flat Top) with tabs. I received Tenergy ICR18650-2600 3.7V 2600MAH 9.6/wh. These are too long and wrong voltage for my application. The only thing right was the tabs. Delivery was on time. These won't fit my application. Order # 156627, SKU 20305-1
