have used rechargeable tenergy batteries and very pleased with them

I needed to replace the ten button top NiCd C-cells in our home alarm controller panel and was having a difficult time locating a source. Found them on Tenergy's website. Ordered on Sunday morning and they arrived via UPS two days later (with basic shipping. Batteries were exact replacements and in new condiion. Very pleased.

Nice selection of battery products and ordered what I needed. I will say it took them 6 days to process order and ship it out. And that is after I sent in a message to customer service asking about order and when I could expect it. For two small batteries this waiting period was excessive and will likely be almost a week and a half. Hopefully products work correctly when I do finally receive them.

The lady that I spoke to, addressed my problem was very helpful, explained to me it concerned FRAUD, which we all are very concerned about, ALL COMPANIES MUST BE CONCERNED!

Even with light overcast skies all day, my single-LED path lights all stay on at nearly full brightness past 6 AM the next day. No other batteries I have tried have been able to do this. Thanks!

Tenergy's website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate that. The various forms of the battery I wanted were displayed side by side for easy comparison. Checkout was a breeze. I'll be back when I need other Tenergy batteries.

I used these 4/3a batteries to rebuild a irobot scooba battery pack, so far I am very happy with their performance as I am able to run 2 and 1/2 cleaning cycles on one charge

Young lady was very professional and helpful when followed up on purchase made on line. Only gave 4 stars, however, as made call because never received E-mail acknowledging order with number and tracking data although was sent customer survey request. No real problem, just felt compelled to make call after several days to confirm order was in fact on the way (which it was).
