good place to get your lithium batteries and chargers

Retroactively canceled a valid coupon. I ordered over $500 worth of stuff online and applied a coupon code for free delivery. The coupon did work and I did not have to pay for shipping, but then a few days later they contacted me and told me that I would have to pay for shipping. Worst customer service ever.

Representative made the extra effort to ensure I was getting the correct battery and was very professional and cordial.

It was very easy to place my order and get the items I wanted. The next day it received confirmation that my order was shipping with my tracking information.

Ordered material was hazardous for air transportation. However that was not clear prior to complete the ordering and had to be fixed after ordering. It would be great to have this information in advance of the purchase

*UPDATED to reflect great Customer Service* My original order was originally not fully shipped. I ordered 2 item#11459 and only received one in the box. Was billed for 2. Customer Service worked with me and I was able to send them a copy of my receipt that showed the part was in a 2 piece combo pack. They promptly shipped me the parts that were missing. I also ordered a TB6AC+80W charger. When I plugged it in, it was dead on arrival. Customer Service worked with me again through the RMA process and shipped me a replacement. All in all, the missing part was a misunderstanding when they picked the order, and the DOA charger was just rotten luck. The replacement is absolutely stellar and we've been getting great use out of the battery packs and the charger! Customer Service really went the extra mile once they were aware there was a problem and did everything they could to fix the issues.

Their customer support person helped me find the precise replacement battery needed. And it arrived sooner than expected. Great service and my new preferred source for batteries and chargers.

Quick shipping. Not their fault USPS took a while to get it here. Battery passed capacity test.
