A better product than I expected a very pleasant surprise

I am so impressed with Tenergy's products. I ordered a charger and some batteries a while ago, and they last a LONG time, so I just ordered some more!! Their shipping, ordering, etc. is very efficient, and their customer service is top-notch. Nice job, Tenergy.

The replacement part that I was looking for wasn't listed on the website. The customer service department was able to help me locate the piece, so that I could continue using my charging base. I enjoy the products, and have recommended them several times to others. I also don't like tossing perfectly working items over small issues. This was a great solution.

I have bought from Tenergy before and was happy with how easy it was to navigate the website. The batteries are of great quality.

I purchased a dehumidifier, and upon opening the box, the water tank was missing. I emailed Tenergy, and when no reasons I called (total of 2-3 days). Then 3 days later the water tank was at the door. Ps: I haven’t looked at the water tank yet as I just picked it up the package.

I think my order was a little unusual for you but turned out to be good.

Aside from some login issues that have not been resolved yet, my purchase transaction was smooth, professional, and handled with courteous Tenergy staff.

Your products are far better than the batteries out there. They hold the charge and last for a longer time than the best battery that I bought from local stores. The higher prices are worth it because, I don't have to just look for a recycle place. I can re-charge them.
