I ordered the wrong battery size. I immediately contacted the company to request a change. The company would not allow the change because the order had been placed and paid for, even though I immediately noticed my error.

Your batteries are rated very highly. I haven't received them yet, but don't expect any problems. I have a Tenergy battery charger. My only disappointment was an account was created for me when I didn't ask for one.

First I read the owners manual to locate every feature. After fully charging my radio, I checked every feature. Everything worked as advertised. Then I chose where I would hook it to my emergency backpack, when needed.

The batteries I received were all dead. Zero charged in it.

Every time I need something, the customer service representative always helpful and gets what I need.

I am a visitor to the USA and needed a battery pack before my imminent depart. It had to be made to order. The Tenergy team patiently (and relentlessly) made sure they got all the necessary specs from me. Finally, they delivered a better product than I expected, more adapted to my need. We also worked out shipping, that was cost effective and delivered to me well ahead of my deadline. I preferred the product to one available at less than half right price, as it was US made, and I didn't want a possible drop in quality.
