I found good sellers from this site. I only came across with good ones. They are usually kind and do care about you. Also sending gifts. I love this site. But I can not say same to help center. Their communication is not good enough. They must be much more caring about customer service.

The shipping costs for items are expensive, the item may seem cheap to buy however they make their profit by adding expensive shipping cost so to average it out it costs the same not as cheap as the seller pretend to be selling.

Jewelers are honest and conscientious. Many of my purchases are one of a kind. Love this sight!

A novice I love the safeguards built-in, the heads up on total committed by current bids, and the security of knowing the vendors are trusted and if there is doubt - the gemstone sheriff to the rescue!

I have been buying from them for 5 years. No major compliants, just minor carelessness which were corrected within the week. Though I have been buying from Chinese stores mainly but I have bought from Aussie owners, Malaysians and Thai stores. They are all okay.

i have NOTHING bad to say about this place. the only opinion i have is that i wish they had an app. i would love that.

I have purchased quite a few stones from a number of sellers on Gem Rock Auctions. I have yet not to be pleased. Everything has been as promised, delivered at least on time.

Its been a great hunt so far, I really feel like I'm getting a good deal. And if you choose to not spend so much on shipping and don't mind waiting then this is a really fun place to start or grow a collection or hobby.

Gem Rock Auctions really ROCK. You will get fabulous gems at great prices and the sellers are very pleasant and easy to deal with.

The owners are a group of Indians based at Australia. If you expect to buy a AAA grade gemstone from this company think again. I've lost soo much money through these guys when I first found them online. Stones are cheap, much glass and support is horrendous. Don't expect an easy refund. They have no valid process. Website is cheap and no company info. The owners accidentally rang me and trust me, it ain't family run. Reviews are also fake on here.

Their site is reliable and EASY!!! I just started learning about gemstones and this site is informative and NO GLASS!!! Definitely look at feedback to see any possible trends. You the buyer get rated as well as you get to rate the seller. Pl review ALL the info for returns, ZOOM in on the pict as they should be of the ACTUAL stones, and PAY attention to shipping costs- important fact is to find out if they combine or not. Brilliant site and have NOT been disappointed after 15 purchases.

Most of the sellers on this site are serious and conscientious. They ship items quickly and safely. There are many items on the Gem Rock sites you can't find anywhere else. I will continue to be a customer for a very long time.

Overall I have had excellent experiences on the site. The sellers are passionate about their products and in my experience, have delivered quality items at a fair price. You may find cheaper alternatives at other sites but I am happy to find interesting specimens from my favourite sellers. Through Gem Rock Auctions, I have developed relationships with sellers who I trust through every step of the process.

The Gem Rock Auctions are easy to use and provide rapid updates during bidding. The descriptions are clear and honest. Also the no reserve auctions provide some great bargains.

Great selection of stones and vendors that make it easy. Prices are good. Filtering tools could be better but site is Highly Recommended! Auction tools are excellent! I have purchased multiple items and no problems.

I really trust using this site when buying as I have not at any time been cheated by a false created replacement mineral or stone and the price is reasonable as it would be if it is the genuine article. If you keep this standard then I will keep on buying here
