These guy's were on it quick, very efficient and a breath of fresh air in comparison to other firms during our search for accommodation. We got a great deal, in a lovely place, and the booking process was swift and easy. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used Edlets. Alison was invaluable in helping us when we moved back to the UK during the COVID crisis and later on when we moved house again. She was fully supportive and contactable both finding us somewhere and for the duration of our stay. On both occasions Alison was able to find us great accommodation, exactly what we asked for and very quickly. Edlets stands out from all the other agencies that we used, with exceptional levels of integrity, professionalism and personal service; a rarity these days. I can't recommend them highly enough and would not use anybody else in Edinburgh now.

Alison rang back shortly after I’d sent an email request (on a Sunday) and spent ages talking through the different options, phoning the owners and negotiating a price for me for late availability for me. I haven’t ever received such good service from an agent. I would highly recommend trying Edlets before anywhere else.

Such HORRIBLE experience and the deposit money was never given back although all other rental services have given back deposits for cancellations due to COVID-19. Def will go with Airbnb in the future, as they have refunded everyone. Such a disgraceful company. I'd rather lose my 500£ deposit, than accept their offer of a credit note, so I never ever have to deal with them again. Over 30 emails back and forth, can you imagine that? Draining. Every time I get an email from them it ruins my mood.

I was looking for a 3 month let at very short notice. Edlets were fantastic and helped me find the right match. Their set up of affordable short term lets in the city centre is a great idea especially for those who are staying longer than a holiday but not long enough to sign a long term contract. Especially grateful for their quick response and frequent updates during a very difficult time. Would definitely recommend!

Great and efficient to deal with.

We were looking for a place to stay for a couple of months whilst our new build was completed. Edlets were quick and efficient at sending us properties that suit us. We have now booked somewhere and the owner has sounds lovely. Looking forward to our stay when it comes.
