We (couple in the 40s) had some difficulties to find a holiday home that would not exceed our budget as we were not aware of the fringe-festival taking place in Edinburgh right during the time we wanted to visit the city. Edlets-team has provided us with several propüosals via e-mail, contacted us via phone in order to make sure all the information needed and such finally led us to pretty reasonable studio apartment offer. Edlets has done a great job so far, the website and the billing procedure are well arranged. Thanks to Edlets!

Overall, I am very pleased with this service and have just booked my preferred accommodation. Edlets are quick off the mark, provide numerous options and the layout of the site/accommodation details are very easy to follow. The booking process is quick and straightforward Improvements/observations: 1. I didnt expect to be flooded with 51 offers following my request for details on just one apartment. This was a bit overwhelming and many options were way outside my budget. It was time consuming to wade through them all. 2. Consequently, a reserve was put against each of the options. Once I had selected my preferred option I tried to do the right thing and decline the remaining 50. However, this is a long process with no option to decline en masse. So I gave up!!!

Definitely use Edlets to help with your booking. It makes the whole adventure on going on a holiday with 5 and a large dog, so much easier than I expected😀😀😀

I contacted Edlets about a property recommended by a colleague, and I received both an email and a phone call quite quickly. Not only was I given information about that property, but I was given a range of other properties to look at as well. Emails with the potential properties started coming to my inbox immediately after I spoke with Jill, and I found a place that far better suited my needs yet stayed within my budget. Jill has been wonderful about answering all of my questions--and there have been quite a few, as I'm booking for a group of 25 international students in 2017! She's very kind and patient, and I've felt like a priority. When I've booked online with companies like Edlets previously, I've never received this kind of service. I typically just get an email response with nothing more than the information about the property in question and payment instructions. I know I never would've found the perfect property just searching online--which I'd already done for hours in the hopes of finding a place that worked better than the referral. Lesson learned. Edlets is my first contact--my only contact--from now on. Thank you so much!
