You claim to ship Fast. Yet the web site says 7-10 days unless I pay for 2-3 day shipping? Which is it? Do you ship fast or not? Why the play for extra shipping cost. You seem to want it both ways! Working way toooo hard to confuse your customer. Mixed messaging? HINT: If you have it in stock = ship it! If not please state that. Is being honest really this hard?

I ordered this handle and hardware to fix a door going into the sanctuary of our church. This was what was originally on the door. We received the order within a reasonable time. I installed it today and it works perfectly. The only issue I had at all was that the gold color on the church door was shiny and this was a dull or mat finish. No other issues. I will certainly use the company again and recommend it to others. Thank you! Robert

1- didn't get the 5% off , after I put it in. 2- pretty sure it said free shipping when I first read it.
