I spent way too much of my time and of your sales team time pinning down the exact product I was looking for. William J. Was very helpful but a simple phone call could have save us both an hour. Also when trying to match an existing item, it would have been helpful to have a serial number on the product.

I stumbled upon this company while searching for some parts for an automatic window. I am impressed with the amount of parts that they carry and actually have in stock. As other customers have said they are slightly pricey BUT they have it in stock and ship quickly. For those reasons I am willing to pay the extra. Employs very poor business practice. Requires you to order on line. After spending hours going over and over their site and order method, I placed my order and provided all my CC information, shipping info etc. Shortly after, I received a call from Bill, a representative of the company stating they did not know how I was able to order on line!! Duh... it’s your site! Anyway, they cancelled my order, claimed they cancelled my payment and said they would get back to me. Next day I got a price quote for three times more then the on line purchase price!!! How could anyone trust them now.?

Fast efficient service

Automatic Door and Hardware did process my order in a timely manor and I received the product when scheduled but what was ordered is usually a bulk package, they had priced as a bulk item but I received a single item. When I called they were polite and said I got what was ordered. I feel that these practices are deceptive and they should not be trusted. I will not be buying from them anymore.
