I use a power wheelchair. Hopefully the door closer I ordered will close my homes storm door after I pass through......Automatic Door and Hardware was the only place I was able to find the item that I feel will work for me.

Found a hard to find item on the website quite easily, a clear silicone washer. Ordered 10, the smallest amount available. Price was $25+. The amount was exorbitant, but I needed the item and couldn't find it anywhere else. Delivery was prompt and the item was exactly what I needed. The only way I can justify the price is had I not done the job myself I would have paid a plumber or handyman much more than it ultimately cost me. I understand the reason for the huge mark-up on the item, nonetheless it's hard to accept.

Product is high quality (door hinges). Delivery was excellent. Biggest challenge was making a selection. Door hinges are door hinges - right? No. Lots to decide. I think that the website could have been a bit more helpful. Plenty of hinge info, bit not so much on which hinges best fit a particular door install - in my case a cedar screen/glass door weighing about 40 lbs. Once selection was made, though, all went well.

You cancelled my order. Never even calked or emailed that there was an issue with order. All i get is tons of emails from you every day.

Amazingly rapid delivery of my window!

Ordered a door stop that bolts to top of the door. Within the second week of having it a plate that holds the piece to the door frame broke. I emailed the customer support email TWICE in two different weeks and never received a response. I did not want a return, I just wanted a new plate. Update: The response given by the company is completely false. NO responses were sent to my emails and it is a little hard to see or know something has been installed wrong when you haven't seen the installation nor spoke with anyone about it. To note, the install was done by a maintenance professional with 20+ years as a maintenance director. It was not installed wrong. It is very simple to do.
