Packaging was secure, the links even came in very high quality and elegant boxes. Good on you guys with the emails, very well designed, animated, and written! My necktie was worth all the time travel, escape from the octopus in the depths of the ocean, the cake that was baked in it's glory, and the tears that were shed in it's creation (sorry to hear about the runway model, tho). I'm quite pleased with the packaging, too (maybe the Glad Wrap guy was right?). In all seriousness, I loved the texture, color, and pattern--and it was a huge hit at the awards ceremony I wore it to. (If only the alligator could see how well it was accessorized with my alligator-print shoes, he'd likely wake from his slumber in such enthusiasm that it'd cause reason for the 9 team members to continue the celebration). I will continue to buy from this company, both for the quality of the item purchased, but also to receive the hilarious and unique correspondence! Thank you!
