I didn't realize I was ordering from a company in Australia when I placed my order,but they had the ties I was looking for an upcoming wedding. I was concerned the ties would not arrive in time. To my surprise the ties where shipped express mail ( without me requesting) and arrived in less than a week.Very neatly packed and shipped in protective packaging. The process was very easy! We purchased a few pocket squares to compare colours, and the returns process was simple and quick, and we purchased our chosen colour. The items came quickly and were of great quality. Also a life saver as we couldn't find any in store that suited the bridesmaid dresses.

Your guidelines for picking your size underestimated my size. This was further exasperated by the fact that your sizes are one size to small compared to your competitors. This on top of your $13 return policy - in the end I gave the shirt away.

I can't recommend OTAA enough! Really love this company - amazing selection of ties, very well made and any pattern or theme you could imagine. Shipping was super fast to NJ. Got so many compliments on a Kentucky Derby bow tie I bought for my 4 month old for a wedding. I bought two bow ties not knowing what color jacket I was going to wear to a wedding. Both complemented the jackets so well, I still can't decide which to wear! I guess that I will just have to talk one of my other nephews into getting married soon!

I am in love with design and quality. There are so many websites that show you amazing pictures. However, when the final thing arrives, it's poles apart. This has not been the case with Otaa. I am going to buy it again and highly recommend it to people.
