Great product and it arrived to my house in the UK all the way from Australia quicker than a product I bought from a shop located an hour away!

“Wow!”….this is my 3rd tie that I’ve wrestled away from the Alligator. It’s the spectacular Skinny Red one with the small teeny Reindeers. Love it!….wanted the perfect red-tone to overlay on my fancy Xmas green shirt for the Holidays. It came super fast, wrapped super cool and at a super, reasonable price. Now I’m only worried about the unforeseen festive gravy or eggnog stain!!! (Pray for me & my new beautiful OTAA tie.)

Probably not your fault, but the DHL package was badly damaged and re-taped. The contents were missing. I really like your products and this will not deter me from future purchases. ( I really did want that tie)

First time to see and wear linen tie. its a new fashion. But better to wear them with chino trousers. The microfibers tie looked nice and colorful. The majority looks and feel good but some might have the cheap fabric appearance. Anyway I preferred them over the silk fabric.

Love the shirts perfect quality just what I wanted. Hate hate hate the 5 tonnes of unnecessary packaging that some with them. We don’t all need the touchy feely unboxing experience. Maybe you should make it optional?

The ties are great and everything I hoped for. Will look good with the Black Opal stick pin I made several years ago.

I bought these ties for my fiance's custom wedding suit, but then the suit was mistakenly made with the wrong fabric! I was heartbroken the ties would no longer match. For returns from the US to Australia, it is expensive. It was incredibly thoughtful for OTAA to offer a 110% store credit to help cover those costs. Also, OTAA refunded me instantly with a photo of it packed up and shipped. This made it faster and easier for me to quickly replace the ties for our wedding. Thank you all around for making a stressful mistake into an easy fix.
