I ordered two small items, a pocket square and a pair of cufflinks, from OTAA. Although they are based in Melbourne and I'm in Singapore, both items was delivered extremely quickly in 3 days including the weekend. When the items arrived, they were packed in a stiff envelope that protected them. What blew me away was the care in providing such a personalised package for these two small items. In the envelope were free stickers and cards that had such unique and hilarious printing on them. I really enjoyed looking through all of them. Christmas came early for me this year. The items I ordered came in secure packages of their own. They were of extremely high quality. The cufflinks I ordered were weighty and the intricate design that I ordered even extended to the back of the cufflink. Well worth my money! All in all, a great experience from start to end. Thank you! I will be purchasing all my men's accessories and clothes from you in future.

At first, OTAA sent me the wrong ties. I was bummed because I thought the ones I’d ordered would never show up in time for my event. I contacted customer service. They rushed the correct order out to me at no charge, and they arrived well before my event. I would definitely buy from this company again. Thank you!

Bowtie had subpar sowing. One side of it wasn't sown in well therefore the bowtie was falling apart. Very disappointed with this purchase as I have purchased other bowties from this company and hadn't had any problems with them before.
