The only complaint I have is that I kept waiting for my item to come and they did not inform me that it was out of stock, except some that were expiring soon. After I contacted them when the item was not arriving, they gave great service, sent the item quickly and great customer service person. I have ordered from them twice and both times I received good service.

they contact my vet for prescription and send it out. the price is better then my vet charges and they won't match price. I have used it for over 3 months and my dog Tipsy is doing as great on this company supplied pills as from the vet. I have been told internet vets don't supply the same product but it must because if my dog went without the pills for 3 days he would be having a reaction.

It seems to take too long to get orders. I ordered after receiving a 2 week supply from my vet and mailed in the script the next morning. It was not filled and sent for 2 weeks and then the hurricane stopped mail. Now it is the 15th and I think it was delivered yesterday but I am with my daughter and my dog is without medication. Don't know if I will continue with a refill later. Not even sure yet if it is the exact same medication.

Prompt delivery. And they contacted the vet office for the prescription. All I had to do is wait for the delivery of the medication.

You don't follow up with Vet's if you have not received a response on a prescription authorization. I have had to hassle you several times. And I check with my vet, and usually they responded right away, but you never received their response. Meanwhile, I am out of meds and trying to figure out how to make due. Unacceptable.
