As I’m living abroad I’m unable to spend the day with my daughter for her 21st birthday. She’s at Lancaster uni. I contacted Abi’s Arrangements and explained that I wanted 21 red roses sent and they were fantastic. They arrived on time and were beautiful! Fantastic service, professional and friendly! After spending time choosing a, a florist I thought was reliable . Only to be told you didn't deliver in that area, after you took payment, I did receive a refund , but four days later. I will not be using you again.
