Customer service is very good, I was helped by David and it went smoothly with adjusting from the expensive shipping to Canada to a more affordable rate and the package actually did not take that long to receive. Only want to mention that the magnets were smaller than I expected (in my case I'd order them anyways, if I knew so it was ok), however keep in mind and best is to double check that, depending on what you need.
