I ordered some beads from here and they ended up not being what we were after. Which is totally fine I was looking for something very specific and I emailed the company and got a very prompt response on how to return the beads as well as some helpful information on trying other styles to fit our needs. Very happy with the over all experience even if it wasn't what we needed.

I ordered what I thought were 3 bracelets. What I received was BEADING for 3 bracelets. While I like the quality of the beads, I am not a "beader", so do not have the materials needed to make these into the bracelets I want. For people who do bead work, this would be an excellent source. For those of us who do not, it was confusing that the "bracelets" being sold on the website were only the beading materials, not bracelets. Since there is a charge for shipping both ways, I am better off just giving these beads away than returning them (even with the dire return policy). So I am out the money.... which doesn't leave a good feeling.

Great personal service. I even got a verification call on an order when I changed the item size of one of standard items I order.

Size of the pearls is mixture of 6 mm and many of them smaller than that. I could have two strings of the smaller size in the price that I pay for this one. I was hopping for better consistency of the size. I know that this is a natural product, but if is sold by size, this should be the case. Otherwise nice product and the delivery was quick.

I had a question about the difference of products on the website. Telephoned the company. Talked with a knowledgeable person He answered my questions , included a diagram , checked with me to see if I Needed additional help . Mailed the products which I received within two days. I've ordered twice from Arizona Bead Company, and have both times received fantastic service. The first time, they were out of one of the beads I wanted and they called me to let me know that I wouldn't be charged for those and that they would be sending out the rest of the order that day... so as not to hold up the order. They are fast and efficient... and since I licve in Hawaii, I so very much appreciate that they use the USPS's flat-rate packaging instead of the more-expensive other shipping carriers!

I like there beads very good quality, but shipping was took long. If you are patients then it worth go for it.
