I had some issues with the VFS website. After making the payment the page kicked me out so I could not book the appointment. Instead of risking it again I took a walk in appointment. At the office they asked me to go to OneVasco team and try taking the printout of the fee receipt. To my shock the oneVasco team at the 3rd floor was asking me to pay 1000 rupees for that one print!!! That guy was not even friendly. So I simply came of and managed to download the receipt myself using my mobile in DESKTOP mode (as purposely they will take away your laptop so you won’t be able to do anything in your mobile) and took the print for 20 rupees in 2nd floor. 1000 vs 20 rupees !!! Felt like a Daylight Robbery.

Worst experience, such an waste of money and time... illetrate people. They entered my wrong passport details in visa application..

I was unable to book the appointment due to some error from the side of VFS and it has been 14 days since the issue was reported and not resolved. But then i came to onevasco and met Rajesh Sir and he resolved the issue within a day. Really happy with the service.

Mr. Debashish Patra has been a tremendous help in making the process of applying for my visa requests at VFS smooth. I was applying for a Cyprus and Hungary visa. Since visa slots weren't available Hungary, he helped me get slots for Austria so my travel is not impacted. He was also prompt in sharing the list of all documents required that would ensure my application is accurate and processed without any hiccups.
