They dont have correct information,double check everything they say even about embassy,how long passport take, look for the information yourself from the embassy. Because as soon as you pay their fees you start discovering many lies that will put you in stress they are not professional. I wish I had read the reviews before hiring them. I have everything written. I applied for US visa, they promised me 3-6 working days, I found out it takes up to 6 weeks. I have all emails to proof, and they never apologized, ignored me and the deputy manager is rude. Always full of misleading information on the phone, and e mail, too. They call miss communication, but no. They don’t work in good faith. If I don’t get my passport on time, I have the risk of losing my job. And all because they gave me wrong information and they do not want to refund, and half of the work I had to do myself. What’s the point of paying? My review keeps disappearing From Google.
