The communication was consistently unclear and misleading, leaving us confused about the status of our applications and without clear guidance on how to proceed. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with their team, there was no accountability or adequate response from their side. I would strongly advise anyone considering using One Vasco for visa services to reconsider. The lack of expertise and poor customer service we experienced was not only disappointing but also added undue stress and complication to our travel preparations.
