Purchased flooring a few years ago from Ambience flooring. This year we decided to renovate the house. The floor I layed a few years ago was taken up an put into storage. Since the floor space was increasing I required more on top of the wood I already had. Luckily the line I ordered previously was still stocked. This was being installed on underfloor heating. I contacted Ambience for advice on underlay and they responded straight away with advice. The sides of the new flooring had a slightly different click method to the other flooring and was not fully compatible if layed edge to edge but worked fine lengthwise. The new design edges were a lot easier to install compared to the last lot I'd got. The floor went down really easy and looks great. The service from Ambience is also great. Speedy delivery and kept upto date on the progress.

I sent this to EVRI yesterday: I never got the merchandise. Again. This is the 2nd time you claim to have delivered something that I’ve not actually received. I've just seen your response; if the delivery service is going to deliver the samples to a store nearby then they should tell you they've done so, not just say they've been delivered. I didn't know the samples had been delivered to the store until just now, and now I have them. A week late.

Ordered Treatex oil to overcoat newly laid floor on Friday afternoon, happy with the delivery for Monday, as it was an extra £5 for Saturday delivery. Lo and behold it arrived the following day, much to my surprise. Excellent oil and service. We’ll done & thank you.

The product exactly what I required. Unfortunately the delivery couriers were awful and I did not receive my goods on the day I should have. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Order to delivering all good, I ordered as product looked about the best I had seen in the price range. It’s now sitting in the rooms waiting to be fitted, so I can tell you it looks nice as per the sample did, as for fitting not seen anything to concern me as yet but not ready to lay.

We ordered LVT for a kitchen refurbishment which was delivered promptly and as ordered. The process was easy and receiving a call to confirm the order was a nice touch.

The service we received from Ambience was excellent- the staff very helpful and competent to deal with any questions we had. However, their delivery company were poor and the date was postponed twice and told Ambience that they had turned up on the first day and not found anyone in or been able to call me on my phone.In fact, our builder was waiting for them and I received no missed calls on my’phone. Very frustrating and time consuming. I can only suggest that I you review their services that they’re delivering on your behalf. Jill Fullbrook Portland
