I like delivery speed and it's customer service reaction. I received 15mm bullnose staircase trim sample with good quality. Therefore I ordered 1st 900mm length trim and received next day delivery with good quality product. I discussed with my staircase installer and we decided to order 4 extra pieces with 2700mm length, unfortunately 2 of 4 pieces have quality problems. One of them has broken part and the other one with both broken part and its whole surface full of whiter dots and does not look good. I phoned Neil for urgent change and Neil has explained it is not quality issues and it is the wood nature which I did not agree..... Anyway Neil rearranged delivery and changes in time and really appreciated his way of handling. Due to my calculation neglect, we found we need another extra 900mm trim on Friday and we urgently ordered one and paid extra for Saturday delivery. I am quite disappointed that the one received was not good...underneath with broken part and its surface has several pits or small hollows and looks a bit rough. It is quite dilemma as our staircase installer lives in Manchester and he needed to drive back home soon after the installation and it took more than 3 hours drive hence we can not wait for another change but had to install it at last. I think products need good quality control throughout and each one need good check before delivery. Control is not consistent.

Ambience were very good and efficient in sending a sample. Ultimately, however, we went with another supplier, mainly on the grounds of colour.
