Wrong flooring sent. It was corrected but I had the carpenter for a day and a half with no work so it cost me 400 gbp for their mistake. No offer of any compensation Great response. Blame the customer! Appreciate that. Thanks.

Really nice looking flooring - I went for the toasted oak aqua protect laminate flooring and am chuffed with it. It looks really good and the carpenter was asking where I got it from as he thought it’s a good flooring and easy to lay.

Very good LVT supplier

Over-brought so as to not get caught out needing extra boards after being told I could return any I didn’t use - only to find out when I tried to return the unopened packs that they’d have to be shipped to the supplier and not Ambience themselves. Was told shipping costs would be £252 - not acceptable in my opinion

I placed the order over a week ago so I would get it on the Tuesday 13th. I made a call in the afternoon to find out if it was coming, to which your sales team made a phone call and rang me back to tell me it wasn’t coming. I rang on the Wednesday to be told the company which was delivering my order had gone bust, so your sales team made phone calls to Elka and made sure it was delivered on the Friday which it was. I have no issue with your sales team they went above and beyond to get my order to me, but it was the first time using your company which is why a gave 4stars. It will not stop me ordering from you in the future.

I only gave 4 stars because I was told the goods could not be brought into my house.

I think the 'Live Chat' was better than any Live Chat I have used before. Neil helped me to find what I was looking for and advised me how I could use it in my older mop. I am amazed at the speed of the delivery of the product I ordered which is now in my cupboard! A very positive experience all round. Thank you.
