Received wrong order not due to ambience flooring but the manufacturer sending incorrect goods, so contacted ambience flooring and Vaughan the sales contact could not do enough to rectify the problem really 5 star customer service. Received product almost the next day really top shelf customer care if I could give them 6 stars I would. Would not hesitate to use again.

DHL changed delivery notifications several times including a double notification at exactly same time - one saying it was at depot and other saying it was at delivery location. Packaging arrived damaged but contents were acceptable. Overall a poor delivery experience.

The ordering process was quick and easy and the delivery timeframe was only a few days. The flooring itself is of good quality and the price is not through the roof. There were a few pieces of wood that were cracked and unusable however we still had enough to complete the job. This is the second room we have laid this particular flooring from Ambience and I have no complaints. The finished look is stunning and I would recommend it to others
