United Kingdom | 23 January 2020They took their time telling me they didn’t actually have stock, after accepting my order. I cancelled because the order wasn’t going to arrive in time for the job, and a month later I’m still waiting for the promised refund. All they’ve sent is an invoice asking for me to pay, despite me having already paid and then cancelled the order. No one replies to emails, and phoning them just gets a promise to call back that never comes. Waiting and hoping they eventually refund my money seems to be my only option. I’d advise against using them unless you’ve got endless time to wait for the delivery.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2019Purchased some flooring from this company on the 11th December as it showed in stock and with a 2-4 day delivery from (to the UK), and was hoping to get it installed before Christmas. Delivery cost £60. On the 14th I got an email saying my order had been accepted! On the 17th I hadn't received any further information so went on their live chat. I was then told "We can't find your floor in stock right now. My colleague is already working on it. Can I contact you later via email? You will receive the goods by 7 January at the latest." I then went to the product page where it clearly states "Article is on stock and dispatched within 24 h (Delivery within ca. 2-4 working days) - "Choose your own delivery date" available." I pointed this out to them and they stated "As I said, we can't find the inventory right now. The problem is well known, we are working on it." Stay away! I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund provided. When I then asked for how long it will take I got the response "As soon as possible".

Italy | 25 June 2019I bought a floor on the premise (many times stated) that it was going to be delivered in max 1.5 week, 3 weeks later the floor hasn't arrived yet and nobody at the customer service was able to give me details. I had to cancel all contractors for the work at my house and stop all renovation works, not knowing when they'll be available again. I have asked a refund which has eventually arrived in full. My final opinion is that this could be a serious company with excellent products but they definitely have to change the shipping company and make the whole shipping process trackable and more transparent for the client.
