Terrible mistake to buy something from Trade Depot.I bought ICELAND fridge a year ago , all of sudden,it stops working . call the trade depot, unfortunately it been more than a week, i havn't got any clear message.It is still under warrantly however i don't know how long it will take to get the refund.

Bought a toilet from them for a total house renovation. The toilet leaked from the cistern into the bowl, a slow leak only picked up by reviewing the Watercare account which showed constant usage even though no one living in the property. I had a plumber come to identify the cause who had to check every new plumbing fitting in the house and under the house. The toilet needed a new value - only a $20 part which trade depot say is all they will compensate for. Would not contribute at all to the labour and time it took to find the fault with THEIR product. Totally unreasonable.

Fast and easy website. Searched for what i wanted and found it straight away. Good prices too. Delivery was exactly on time too

Good and fast delivery of Chest Freezer. I ordered it on Monday night and got it on Thursday morning, even though the website said 4-10 day delivery for big items, so good job.

Amazing experience, dealt with the lovely lady named Ingrid she got everything sorted for me I placed and paid the order on Wednesday and it was all delivered to me 3days later!!!! Full bathroom amenities, was a massive order. Amazing customer service, delivery driver was friendly and the items all arrived in one lot! So happy thank you so much and will deff be back for further renos ☺️ thank you

Giving them one Star is Generous i would give them no stars if i could i did one order with 7 Items that the first 5 items came in 5 packages which is annoying and are hard to track which ones have been delivered and which ones are not now coming to my last 2 items that after nearly 3 weeks still hasn't been shipped yet due to no delivery Trucks. it was hard to find tracking Number for this Shipment and i have used Enquiry form 3 times and have called twice which not much Answers the last phone call i couldn't understand the staff member and was confused about what is he going to do for this order. really this is such an annoying stressful order and not worth the trouble i will be taking my business Else where. Not happy at all

My company ordered $2.5 of bathroom products on 6th of January 2025. Still waiting for delivery. No real answers from their bullshit call centre. We used Farmlands Card to purchase products. Will certainly be letting farmlands know that they should rethink their relationship with Trade Depot. Worst service I have ever experienced. I will never use them again. Now Im getting asked for more information, else my post will be tajen down. Trade Depot needs to spend less time questioning the legitimacy of bad reviews and more time getting there logistics sorted. They have my email. They can contact me directly if they think Im bullshitting. Probably lucky they dont have a showroom in Dunedin.

worse experience, brought a vanity on the 31st jan it's now the 20th of feb ,was meant to be delivered took so long so we picked it up . the top was cracked and trying to get a replacement has been a joke we have waited 14 days and it's still no shipped out as no stock at our local one !!! would never purchase again from them

Clicked buy now on Monday, fridge was delivered on Tuesday. Incredible service, brilliant price, super easy purchase.

Absolutely shocking service. 11 days and my goods have still not left their warehouse. No point in offering a delivery service if you can't deliver. Don't answer their phones either, and when they do the staff are absolutely incompetent. Low prices mean nothing when you can't deliver even the lowest level of service. Let's see if they survive in this economy.
