The Oak Chest was exactly what we needed and of excellent quality. The House of Oak Customer Service from Andrew and his colleagues was also efficient and friendly. What let them down badly were the Delivery Team who took over 2 weeks to deliver an item that was in stock - on 2 occasions blaming House of Oak when the delivery team failed to pick up the chest!! So well done to House of Oak sales/service but poor delivery logistics.

Ordered seven various items of solid oak furniture from two different ranges. All items arrived well packaged and undamaged and of a very high quality. Although there was a slight delay with one item, there was excellent seller communication and it arrived soon after. I'd definitely buy from House of Oak again.

I purchased several items of bedroom furniture. Received excellent customer service throughout the process. On the day of delivery I received a call 30 minutes before they arrived. Chris and Craig worked very efficiently together to unload and position the items. They were courteous, helpful and cheerful. I’m delighted with the quality of the products and would absolutely use this company again.

I’m really pleased I purchased my bed from House of Oak. Delivery was very helpful and they unpacked items and took away the packaging. There was an issue with one item which they resolved on the same day. The pandemic delayed my delivery and so they gave me the option of my money back but I’m glad I was patient.

Communication was really good, I got an email soon after order saying they’d be in touch when everything was ready and then I received a phone call within the specified timeframe to confirm the plan for delivery. We ordered online due to the cOVId situation , having seen the furniture in the store before hand. It was delivered within the timeframe and the delivery team made sure everything was working ok and took all of the packaging away. Could not be faulted

Having waited 5 months for a sideboard from another company, we chose an Opus hall table to match from House of Oak, in stock and delivered within 10 days, and it was a bit cheaper than other furniture shops for the exact same item. Delivery team were excellent, they unpacked it, put the legs, shelf and handles on inside the van, and carried it inside for us. All in all a pleasant experience. I can recommend House of Oak.

The table arrived early, no problem there. The delivery man was very polite and did a very good job. It was very easy to assemble and is very heavy, just what my wife wanted. It matches in nicely with the rest of our oak furniture in our second lounge. The only down side was that the box in places was wet. So was the table top and two of the legs. My wife set to with her magic cloth and soon it was perfect. We are very happy with our purchase and would buy from House of Oak again. The price was also very good indeed. Perhaps the wet box was maybe a storage issue that may need to be revised. All in all we are happy with our purchase
