Ordered two items - a Portman Oak desk and cupboard to form a home office under our stairs. Items fab, delivery man constructed and placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Very, very happy.

One of the items was damaged so they took it away again. Over a week later and I haven't heard anymore apart from an email confirming my original order.

I rang this company before I ordered the product. Excellent customer service , the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and answered all my questions. I ordered a coffee table and delivery was within a week. The quality of the wood is extremely good and the price was very reasonable. Service was excellent. Delivery was confirmed and the guys phoned when they were close. They asked if I wanted the bedside tables and chest of drawers left in the hallway or carried upstairs to the bedroom. Masks were worn at all times. Items were unpacked in the van, so no packaging to dispose of, and as I wanted delivery into the bedroom, one of the guys came and saw where I wanted everything before bringing furniture into the house. They were extremely careful carrying the furniture up the stairs and into the bedroom, and there was no damaged walls or banister.

Extremely efficient service from house of Oak, emails and communication straight away to confirm delivery date, delivery date was brought forward by a month and delivery was done on time and with a smile. Chest of drawers excellent. Will definitely be using this company again.
