We were very pleased with the oak tables and oak hifi furniture which is very well made. I also thought that The House of Oak had a very good customer service and answered my queries. The delivery men were very courteous and careful, they even unwrapped the furniture and took away all the boxes etc.,

Informed when it was to be delivered, it was delivered on time and the delivery driver unpacked it and placed it where I wanted it.

I would like to thank the team at House of Oak for all the help and advice they gave me with three purchases from them a TV unit, coffee table and bookcase this item was to display a small collection of Charlie’s bears. All the units are extremely well made in oak and the finish is stunning, all the units arrive in extremely strong packaging and delivery by very friendly helpful delivery people. They were very quick to answer my questions both verbally and by messages. I would recommend House of Oak for anyone wanting something special for the home. They cater for every room in the house. Their delivery is about 30 days but trust me well worth the wait. Well done House of Oak.

Absolutely love our new dining table. It arrived sooner than the website suggested it would, with excellent communication from the delivery company. It was simple to assemble and is clearly extremely well made, very solid, the detail in the wood is gorgeous… it’s perfect!

After a lot of consideration and looking around we choose some bedroom furniture from House of Oak. We were concerned we couldn't see for ourselves what the quality was like but we read the reviews and were prepared to make a purchase. We were contacted about delivery when the furniture was ready and this went according to plan. The delivery men were quick and efficient, arriving when they said they would. The bed frame, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables honestly exceeded our expectations. They look good, are well made and solid, unlike a lot of bedroom furniture you see in shops these days!! We were particularly put off by flimsy wardrobes with a thin hardboard back but the wardrobe from House of Oak has a laminated wooden back and seems pretty sturdy. It was easy to assemble too. We had a slight problem with one of the bedside tables and this was quickly replaced with no problems. Overall very happy with our purchase.

Our order in November was processed promptly and we were delighted to be given a delivery slot for a few weeks later on 8th December, (even though we had ordered just after the cut off for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery). The Opus range of furniture that we ordered is beautiful and well made and is a lovely blend of modern and traditional design. The delivery team were polite, friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
