love house of oak, most of the house has now got their furniture other than the living room and kitchen. I love the quality of the wood whatever range you buy. The service is fantastic and the delivery men very friendly and polite. I would recommend this company and to be honest quite shocked at anyone that doesn't. I have brought top, middle and basic range and the quality is there for all 3 ranges. I brought them with out seeing any of the products due to lock down and I'm very happy thank you.

I purchased a piece of furniture online during COVID closure. Upon receipt of the furniture it was not quite what I wanted. The quality was perfect (as usual! - I have purchased several pieces previously), it was just not the right design for what I needed. After speaking with the shop, and explaining my error in choice they agreed immediately to arrange an exchange for an alternative design. Excellent customer service.

Great service and lovely people

Visited the showroom where they have a large selection of furniture and no pressure from salesmen, we were allowed to look round without interruption but they were there to offer advice if we needed it. We chose an oak table and sideboard which was delivered promptly . The deliverymen were efficient, very sociable and showed us how the table extended. I cant fault this company in any way and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Quality furniture as always and excellent service throughout. I placed my order on line and Was updated throughout right up to delivery day. The delivery guys were great. In the current climate I had to leave them to assemble my table in my conservatory. Within 15 mins they were gone. One very happy customer 🤗
