House of oak have been very helpful as we had ,the zip come apart of one of the cushion hope they can resolve the problem.

Extremely pleased with the television table and service from House of Oak, it looks lovely in our living room. Only downside owing to Covid-19 was the 3-4 week lead in time but this is not a criticism of H of O but my impatience to have the new table! Weird times made bearable by a beautiful product, thank you!

The order process was easy, we had a quick delivery, and the packaging was taken away, which was a huge bonus (we did pay for a two man delivery as the item weighed 100kg). We now have a beautiful piece of furniture, so we’ll made I think could become a family heirloom.

I was looking for quality pieces to add a luxury feel to my room and am extremely happy with my furniture, it looks beautiful in my living room. Delivery was much quicker than expected and communcation from House of Oak was prompt. I would definitely buy from them again.

Very happy with everything

Lyon Oak Bureau. We viewed this online as due to the coronavirus problems we chose not to go to the store. The buying process was easy, the email accepting the order and delivery time arrived promptly. We received a telephone call a week before delivery giving us the due date. Bureau was delivered with no problems. We are extremely pleased as it is even better than in the online pictures, a beautiful piece of oak furniture.

Really disappointed with the service - paid for the unpacking service, expecting everything to be set up. No - what you are paying for (£25 remember) is to have the table removed from the packaging. As I have a disability, not sure when I am going to be able to put everything together and get it put in the right place. However, that is of no concern to the delivery company, who just stated that they were only able to unpack, as per the instructions from House of Oak and needed special "assembly" teams to put the table together. On the positive side, the table looks OK. However, this has really frustrated me and I could not recommend the service with the "unpacking" option. House of Oak need to be absolutely clear about what the "unpacking" option is and why would it say "position" in the questionnaire, if the item of furniture had not been put together. Really hacked off with this!

My furniture arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I absolutely love it and service has been outstanding. Will be using again.
