Excellent service. Really pleased with the product. The team even came earlier than the slot we were given and waited until I could let them in. They set it down in the room and one of the members of the team was a cat person, which was really nice so we had a chat about our respective cats! Both members of the team were really friendly too.

After a long wait my chairs and table arrived and looked great. However, after using them for a few months we noticed deep scratches on our new lvp flooring. On inspection we found the nails holding the plastic feet in place on the chairs were protruding ever so slightly thus causing the damage. Not happy!

Craig and Lewis delivered our bedroom furniture today, ahead of schedule. They unpacked all the items, took away all the packing, moved the items upstairs and fitted handles etc. They even assembled the bed.They were very courteous and friendly despite a 3 hour drive to get to us. A first class job all round.

I had a problem with the whole order as the wrong colour was ordered by House of Oak. That being said they let me keep the incorrect items to use until my replacements arrived. Craig and Chris who delivered my bedroom furniture were excellent. Very polite, professional and efficient. Am very pleased with the furniture.

We ordered several items and mostly very pleased. However, one small table has several knock marks and defects which seem to be manufacturing issues. Still waiting for a resolution and agreement for a replacement after almost a week after notifying House of Oak of the issue, which is frustrating.

I ordered 4 items of living room furniture, spending quite a lot of money. I chose this retailer as I thought it would be solid oak and really high quality that would last a lifetime. However, I really was gutted to find it isn't solid oak, it contains hardly any oak, mainly pine and oak veneer, it looks nice but once you touch or tap it, you can hear it isn't solid. The wood isn't stained, it's painted, as I unfortunately spilt some oil on the surface and it stripped the paint. I was given a 8-10 week delivery, and it arrived 17 weeks later...and I had to keep chasing the company for updates, they didn't contact me once. The best part of my dealings were with the friendly delivery driver, thats all I can say. I have read other reviews stating you can find the same products at half the price and I have found a mass market supplier that does supply the same items I have bought. So all I will say is please do your research, and make sure you see it in person before ordering.
