Really pleased with my purchase, however, delivery wasn't smooth sailing - there was no notification of when the item was going to be delivered by DPD went it arrived the delivery was missing some of the items! However, I emailed Origin fitness and got a very quick response and the missing items were dispatched straight away and received the following day. Once again no notification from DPD also the packaging was really damaged but fortunately the contents were all okay - hence only 4*

Still not received my order. Ordered at the beginning of December and was originally told 5-6 working days for delivery. I was then advised that they were not yet in stock but I should expect delivery by Christmas. Then slowly the dates began to move further away. I was told first week of January they’ll be with you, then second week of January, then mid January, then end of January, then definitely first week of February, then maybe the second week of Feb. Now I’m being told it might be March. Majority of the conversations are by email so I can show proof if required as i understand it does seem far fetched. I’ve tried to contact them via their website, both chat and email options. I’ve tried to call every number they have but just get a user busy tone no matter what time of the day. I only get a reply from the sales advisor who replies a few days late and fobs me off with an even later date to expect my order. I’m honestly starting to think I’ve just been scammed and the products will never arrive. *update* 10/2/21 After writing the original review and providing them with my order number I finally got a reply saying my order will be with me for definite on 10th of February. I was given assurance by two different staff members. After booking time off work and moving other equipment about to make space for the delivery, surprise surprise, Delayed again. Now I’m being told Friday 12th. *update* 12/2/21 Emailed in the morning to get a better eta for delivery. Got a reply saying my order was unable to be dispatched.

I ordered the barbell set as I wanted to do home pump classes. I ordered on a Sunday evening and it turned up on Tuesday morning. I cannot fault Origin as the dispatch time was brilliant and the bar and weights are quality. They're exactly what I use in the gym so I'm used to them already. Would highly recommend this company.

Purchased an indoor cycle mat to absorb feedback for a standing indoor cycle in the garage. once received easy to set up and does the job. Happy with the purchase and recommended.

Excellent and quick service

Really fast delivery, 2 days from day of ordering. The only downside, is that I was left to dispose of 2 pallets and a cubic metre of wooden cube case, which the dumbells came in. The DBs are made really well, commercial standard. Also, got them at a really good price with only £10 delivery.

Well you may of got 5 stars had you been willing to deliver to Northern Ireland. Still no reason as to why when every other fitness equipment supplier is making the effort to update their paperwork so they can ship to somewhere that is still a part of the UK! Poor service
