There was a problem with the address being changed at the depot but we managed to get that sorted with the people who took the delivery in. Customer services were very lovely while it was being sorted and speed of delivery was really good and quality of products excellent

Unfortunately, my items were not packaged well; 1 very large flimsy box with several unsecured heavy items inside. The box arrived open and items were missing from it. Still awaiting a response and will update my review of issue of missing items resolved. 16/03/21 Update is Origin sent the basic starter kit and that no items were missing. 😕

Received the wrong product. When I enquired I was informed the correct product had sold out. Might have kept the replacement however no discount was offered. The only saving grace was the good customer service I received. Would buy again based on this.

Kit arrived well packaged and complete. However no instructions for setup. Fine for people who are regularly using this sort of kit, but might be need for others - particularly the bench/step and how to attach weights to the bar.
