I ordered these shoes on 1/28/25 and still have not received them yet. This is the worst service I have received.

I have type 2 diabetis and my feet got to the point that i could'nt sleep, after seeing them om TikTok i decided to try them. Now I have 12 pairs in various styles and colors and no more foot pain at night.

Customer service is fast and quite helpful. I am very pleased with the shoes as well.

You sent two green pairs. I did nit order green. Now I have to return them. Why is it thrre is r no phone number to call. Disappointed

All 3 pairs hurts hurts my feet, never wearing again a waste of money, and you need to throw away the company my feet have been hurting for weeks after only wearing for two days. It was very disappointing, shaking my head 😭

Insert on left shoe fabric separated after just over a week of normal use and is now entirely displaced. Second pair seems better. The condition is annoying enough to not wear, and certainly not worth what I spent. Based on the promise to solely acknowledge potential future experiences and not acknowledge existing one I will drop my rating.

I had an interaction with a very courteous customer service that was very helpful to seeing to my total satisfaction.

Never received the shoes ordered in December 2024. Had to wait a month to get a refund. They kept saying they were trying to tracknit, EVEN THOUGH I HAD SHIPMENT INSURANCE ON THE ORDER. Finally refunded about two months after ordering.

My shoes, 2 pair so far, are very comfortable. So glad I tried them. I have two different styles and the Cloud style fits a bit tighter than the Lorax but I still love them. It's like wearing house shoes all the time. I found that ordering directly from the company was actually faster than through Amazon.

East to use and great products. One suggestion: You need to offer a pair of the "low cut" shoes with a higher back for the heal.

Just received my new lightweight slip one hiking shoes wore them all day yesterday and my feet felt great!

When wearing the shoes I experienced pain in my feet, knees and hips. Wore the shoes for 2 days in the house then decided they were not for me. Contacted Hike and was told shoes were non returnable but a small percentage of the shoes cost would be refunded. Not happy.

Wonderfully comfortable, sensible shoes. Get lots of compliments on the white boots. Also get lots of wear on these cold winter days.

Love the feel on the bottom of my foot. Wish the heel's were stiffer.
