They are so light and the boots are so warm

I ordered the shoes on Jan. 4th. Still have not received them as of 2/25. Ready to cancel the order. Customer support’s last response was “Your package is currently still in customs, and we are closely monitoring its status. Unfortunately, customs processing times can vary, but we will notify you as soon as there are any updates.” Had I known this was coming from overseas and could be months before I received my order, I would not have ordered anything.

They fit great, feel comfortable and easy to put on and take off.

Hate the shoes they hurt my feet and knees. Want to return them. No response from company despite several emails

Hike Footwear's Lorax has eliminated my plantar fasciitis. The wide toe box has gotten rid of the pain i had in the outer sides of my feet. It did take a long time from order to receipt of the shoes. These are miracle shoes.

Hey guys, I just wanna say this is my third pair of hike footwear. I’ve got the insoles. I didn’t love the insoles. However, the sneakers I got are number one on my list is the have helped me with foot pain back pain in total alignment while also keeping me very grounded to the Earth, which is so key to an emotionally sensitive person like myself. I wanna say keep up the great work and I hope in the future I will be able to Put your company out there a little bit. The shoes have very little support and you can feel everything that you walk on. Not great for walks outside. It was difficult to get them tight on my heel because of the elastic lace pull which breaks easily. Also, the 30 day return policy is not really true. Yes, you can return them but you pay to return them and they discourage it for environmental reasons of not being able to resell them. The company will send you a one time replacement for a different size or equivalent model. Also, this is not a US company so shipping and communication is delayed.

They felt good. Gave my feet more sensation but certainly did nothing like advertised to calm the burning feet.

The first time I wore the boots I ordered, the lace broke. I have 4 pair of regular style with no problems. I pitched them.

I now have purchased 3 pairs of Hike wear and have been very satisfied.

I was in the Gym & I saw this guy was leaving . He had a pair on. I started looking for them. found them on the Internet.Talked to the Salesman about them . He explained them to me. So I tried to them .Loved them. I have 3 pairs now,Loved them at the gym.shopping or where ever I go. It does help my legs.
