We ordered 1 pair for me and 1 pair for my wife, initially ordered on January 6, 2025. (Order #981130) My wife’s pair was sent as size EU 40, instead of the size ordered EU size 42. We sent an email requesting exchange multiple times with a picture of the incorrect size, “Emily” replied back a couple of times, but have received NO information on how to proceed with exchange. Not at all happy with customer service and Hike Footwear regarding this matter.

I love the shoes I ordered. And I love the customer care I received when I had a problem.

Your company is fine, they came on time and well packaged. They are just uncomfortable. I've been wearing them a month, still waiting for the pain to subside.

Just got my Cloud shoes yesterday and there were so much better than I expected! So comfortable that I did not want to take them off . The size is perfect and everything. I will definitely be buying more and am telling all my friends and family about these shoes. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get them.

I love my Hike Footwear Shoes I now 5 pairs and plan on future purchases They are so comfortable and I have less fatigue. Love them on my treadmill.

The only thing I don't like is the tie. The plastic piece to tighten and loosen is annoying. The laces have stretched so much that I have to tuck them into the lace section. They are comfortable but seem flimsy as compared to other shoes for the price. I wear them mostly inside--not outside.

It helped me be able to do things I couldn't do before without having pain in my back

The only thing that was honest about these is the comfort. The customer service and quality is way below standard. My shoes are falsely advertised as winter warm and were shipped with no 30 day return instruction. My shoes are also defective in two ways and not the least bit warm AT ALL! This company had avoided my attempts to contact. Waited on hold for 35 minutes for customer service one of the three times I tried to call.

Excellent service. There was a mistake on my order due to my mistake and without any questions, I got a new pair. The interaction with the customer service was beyond my expectations. And the product is excellent.

My first pair of Hikes were terrific. So wonderful that I decided to order 2 more. However, I thought I should adjust the size and went smaller realizing any exchanges as provided in the terms would be easy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Not only Hike does not do exchanges meaning they don’t accept shoes back and only REFUNDS a percentage of the purchase. However, Hike is happy to send you larger size which is what I have done. Now I am stuck with two pairs that don’t fit me. One pair I’m not particularly fond of but I get two pairs of shoes that hopefully will fit well. Not the kind of customer experience for good products. I will have to think twice for another purchase or recommend to others.

I do not even wear the shoes very often. It feels like the arch on the right foot is defective or something as it is uncomfortable to the arch of my foot. the left shoe appears to be fine

Because they are great shoes! I have summer & winter. Give them a try. Your feet will thank you. And you won’t be disappointed.

Having had two foot surgeries, I thought there was nothing that would make it any better. However, on a whim, I ordered my first pair of Hike shoes. The result has been amazing. I now own 5 pair of the shoes and another one should be delivered within a week. They are pretty much the only shoes I wear now. And I ever got two pair for my husband.

I am so angry, they screwed me over big time!

The company was responsive and got the product out the door and on its way to me in as timely a manner as possible

I had surgery on my foot in November. It continues to swell with use, and will do so for a couple more months according to my surgeon. These and my Nike Slides are the only shoes that I can wear. These shoes have been an absolute Godsend. Thank you so much!
