Outstanding customer service! This was my first pre-loved item and unfortunately there was a shipping issue which made me really anxious. I reached out to customer service and she was incredibly understanding and actually followed up with my concern. The item I purchased finally arrived and was exactly as described and pictured. Will definitely be purchasing from Yoogi’s Closet again.

Love the bag!! Shipping was fast as well. My only complaint is that the listing stated “like new” condition so I wasn’t expecting to see all the scratches on the “CD” clasp or the shoulder strap “belt-loop like holders” (not sure what I would call them) on the top of the bag.
