It has been 10 business days and I still do not have my order. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a luxury goods site. I will never purchase again from Yoogi’s Closet. I can’t even track the package properly as I’m not being given any delivery information. I paid extra for express shipping to Canada…3-5 days. This is absurd.

Yoogis is always reliable and very easy to deal with. I've dealt with them for direct sales, consigning, purchasing and returning items and every transaction has been simple and clear.

Would shop with them more if returns and refunds were processed sooner. Two weeks is excessive compared to other retailers. I've also had some issues with items not being listed correctly (as a seller and buyer).

I ordered a bag from Yoogi’s Closet 9 days ago. Absolutely awful experience. I paid extra for express shipping 3-5 days. Still no bag. Very disappointed in this first shopping experience with Yoogi’s Closet. The Real Real is so much better. I should have just stuck with what consistently works.

I keep coming back to Yoogi’s! I love the items, the service, the prices, and the return policy. Although I was surprised to see the return policy change and I don’t believe there was email about it. But honestly I tend to keep all my purchases. Everything is always as described and I’m always happy with the packaging being very secure and shipping being so quick!
