I bought a light beige Dior & was packed w Yogi's black bag & the black color stained the purse. I emailed to see if anything can be compensated to me because I really liked the bag & want to keep it & send to cleaner to see if can be done. Not the only time happened because my first time purchased the Hermes from them.. the same thing happened. I like the website & hoping to continue supporting them & I made huge purchases everytime. I was considered vip client, but I guess not from now on. All they told me was to return the bag.

Bag was listed as “like new.” However, this was far from reality. The hardware was tarnished all around and the SMELL! Oh my goodness, it smelled so awful. I’ve since polished the hardware and carefully cleaned the bag (still airing it out). I did not return because it was a good price with the coupon, but the stated condition was very misleading. Should have been “Good” at best.
