My experience has always been good when I ordered online. I recently called to ask about a condition of an item, somehow the associate was not being very helpful-not patient enough, not providing the condition I was asking, I ended buying the item, little bit disappointed about the condition, but I kept the item because I really like it. The only thing is that it is hard to get to buy the nicest pieces because apparently there are 1-2 bag resellers who would just take everything nice so quickly because your price is too good. My experience was not on Sept 8. It was earlier this year.
